Alright guys, poorfag, turbo lanklet (6' 170lbs) here trying to get /fit/. I did some research and I'm trying to put together a body weight and dumbbell routine I can do at home (I'd buy more dumbbells but I'm trying to spend what money I have on the diet side). I've got my Chest/Triceps/Biceps/Forearms routine planned out but I wanted to see if you guys had any advice, all I have is a 15lb dumbbell and a 30 lb dumbbell, I'm saving up to buy a 40 lb one.
>Curls 4 sets - 5 reps
>Hammer Curls 4 sets - 5 reps
>Narrow Width Pushups - Max Set
>Narrow Grip Pullups - Max Set
>Eccentric Pushups - Max Set
>Decline Pushups - Max Set
>Incline Pushups - Max Set
>Chest Fly - 4 set - 5 reps (I'll be doing these on the floor)
>Dive Bomber Pushups - Max Set
>Tricep Extensions - 4 sets - 5 Reps
>Diamond Pushups - Max set
>Wrist Curls - 5 sets - 5 reps
I know it looks amateur as fuck but I'm trying to start somewhere, what do you say guys, help me polish this up?
