You'd have to eat a shitload of soy for it to have any noticeable effect. And with shitloads I'm talking about a kg a day or more.
I take a scoop of soy a day, a lot of soy sauce and tofu every now and then and it hasn't stopped my gains.
Literally no one gave a shit about soy until recent years when the industry started shilling due to a decline in dairy consumption.
