GOMAD IS FOR SKINNY TEENAGE ECTOMORPHS. GOMAD IS NOT FOR YOU. I did SS keeping my diet the same and didn't really gain any weight, but got a lot stronger. Bulking is for skinny people. Rippetoe is clear on this.
