I'm lookin for some about routines and or workouts. I have a few in mind like planks, Russian twist, and some rows, but that's all I could come up with. So any more would be greatly appreciated!

25 toe-touch (?) (basically you put your ass against a wall, legs in the air and try to reach for you feet)
All that witouth a break at the end of your workout. That's what we used to do in thai boxing and everyone had killer abs.
