/fit/ newbie, sorry
I've been lifting for a few weeks now on Jason Blaha's Ice Cream Fitness, and I read in the sticky info that you can't lose weight and expect to gain muscle at the same time - but can I lose fat and make muscle mass gains at the same time, regardless of overall weight changes?
currently 5'11" and ~190lb. Terrible BMI but my muscles have started to become noticeable and I look stronger, but I definitely still need to lose fat. I'm watching my eating way more and am shooting for sub-2000 each day.
