Alright boys, fat faggot who wants to better myself so I can live past 30. First day of trying to change, woke up, went for a 45 minute jog/walk, drank a fuck ton of water and ate 2 steak fajitas. Does it get easier as time goes on?
no idea since i've never been a fatass, but if you mean the jogging/running, then yes, it does.

Gets harder desu if you're doing it right. Shits easy when you can literally just make a few simple lifestyle changes and get huge results. I guess walking/jogging will get easier as you trim off the fat, but past noobs gains, shit gets harder and harder the deeper down the rabbit hole you go.

How many calories are you trying to take in per day, and how much do you weigh? Are you planning on doing more than cardio or no?
It does anon. You've started well with drinking water, which will suppress appetite or "trick" yourself into not being hungry I guess lol. Eat veggies to keep satiated, and you'll be doing well for yourself. I don't like eating veggies much myself, but mix it up with some salmon, lime and avocado and my goodness. So tasty, and very filling. You'll make it, we all will.

Right now I'm hovering around between 230-240. And I'm not entirely sure. I don't know the best way of going about it, but I wanna get fit. My plan is to just try to lose a bunch of weight through both cardio and eating healthy/dieting and then go from there. I'm not counting calories but I'm only drinking water and not going to eat anything even remotely unhealthy.

You should probably start counting calories. Running under the assumption that you are a) a dude, and b) that you don't get much exercise throughout the course of the day, multiply your body weight by 10 and eat that many calories. Personally I've started strength training, and I'm already seeing results (I'm 6'0, 310 lbs). I haven't lost weight yet, but I'm down a T-Shirt size and my pants don't fit right anymore. If you're gonna stick to cardio, just make sure to keep up with your weight, and if you don't start to see results after a month or two, reduce your calories by 5%.
Remember if you arent hungry you arent losing weight
