Sounds like some gains to me, shit should be a good boost of protein and good fats, unless you're cutting then i guess it's bad.

How do you eat so much peanut butter by itself though? I ate a spoonful by itself once and it was one of the biggest food challenges I've faced in my life, only second to the time i was 7 and my dad told me to eat a full pot of beans. Peanut butter is so dry and hard to swallow by itself.

thats what I did, had a small breakfast, then ate a few spoonfuls, then a few spoonfuls for lunch, than a small dinner with spoonfuls of PB after, next thing its gone

It was mixed with honey and it felt less dry than the other brands Ive bought(from Aldis)
