You start with 1pl8 and you work your way there.

Same shit with fasting. Do a day. Then go back to normal. Then do two days. Then go back to normal. So and so until you can do a week. THEN start thinking about 30 days.

This is a really retarded idea. Your body will burn through all your potassium and then you will get incredibly sick and possibly die from heart failure. Short term fasts are great but anything beyond a few days is lunacy.
