Why should or shouldn't I go on the keto diet?

Started off this summer at 190. Worked out, did keto, and am now at 150. Ive never felt nor looked better.
Try it. Good to lose bf, bad for building muscle.
Went 170->150lb in a couple of months and now I'm back to carbs since the less body fat I have the more fatigued I'm on keto.

tl;dr try keto, its not for everyone but its worth a shot if other diets aren't working.
