Hey /fit/. Is there a way or trining method to get /fit/ without lifting? I don't wanna be super big and muscular like most dudes here, but be decently defined and gain just a bit of volume. Thanks

bodyweight exercises, but will take you 10x longer to gain mass than if you just took your bitch ass to the gym.

forgot to mention I'm poor and think gyms are boring. Been in swimming/cycling and triathlons for a while so just sitting/lying around lifting is not my thing, but I wanna stop having a somalian runner's bod

Sure, gain 10lbs of mass in a few months lifting, same amount of mass would take you nearly a year or more to gain with bodyweight exercises.

Just get your ass to a gym and do some compound lifts. There is enough technique required for it to be interesting even for a sports hating /sci/fag like me. I'm sure machines are boring af but you can make the rest interesting.
