is coolcicadas good?
is there enough volume?
Is 5 reps enough really for big compound lifts?

Hamstring Curls (circuit machine): 3x10-12
StandingCalf Raises (circuit machine): 5x10-12
I usually do either P/P/L [REST] P/P/LorP/P/L/P/P/L[Rest]
