Alright /fit/ you have to make a 8-exercise Routine, but it has to have 4 lifts and 4 calisthenics. In case you want to make a brosplit, you can make one of these for each day. You may also add a complement, like a sport to do on rest days or a light workout with 2 calisthenics and 2 lifts. How does your routine look like /fit/? Fullbody or brosplit? Made for strenght, aesthetics or a mixture of both?
Mine, a fullbody.
Calisthenics
>Push ups
>Pull ups
>Dips
>Inverted rows
Lifts
>4 main lifts
Accesory
>Swiming on weekends.

Texas method squat and weighted pull up progressions, along with texas method deadlift progressions plus an extra back off set on intensity day.
nuckols 3x a week bench program makes up the last weighted lift.
for bw, i'd say dips 3xf twice a week, hanging leg raises 3xf 3 times a week. if i have to make it 4 exercises, i'd say some kind of L-sit/manna progression too, plus box jumps cause i can't think of anything else that might fit in there.
also, some HIIT 2-3 times a week.
this is basically exactly what i do now, excluding klokov presses and the occasional curls and LTEs.
