Skinny fat here, sorta.
I swam for 4 months 6-7 days a week on a sub 2k diet and never got any progress towards my goal body. It was depressing, I got down to 156(I'm 6'1).
I started Eating massive amounts of protein and carbs along with lifting and I'm getting far more definition than I ever got before. I actually feel like I might make it right now.
