i'd say something like PHUL or PHAT. something with a focus on both strength and mass. however if you're a beginner run out your LP gains first and it will help running PHUL, PPL etc in future. it;s not essential but unless you have the attention span of a millenial it's the right thing to do

theres no specific routine for 'aesthetics' you muppet. all routines do is build muscle. theyre all gonna build muscle. aesthetics is just having a low body fat combined with some muscle mass. do which ever program fits into your schedule and actually works. i recommend alphadestinys novice program

It's kind of sad but true. I eat like shit and my training is mediocre but I'm fairly aesthetic. Meanwhile a lot of my friends train and eat way way better than I do and still look like shit.
