Wanna know a trick to help OP?

Try fasting for a day, literally don't eat a thing, next day see how much shit tastes better, even something simple and plain like oats without anything.

Otherwise you just have to distance yourself and remove sugar from your diet forcefully if simply walking away from a cake is too hard for you.
