I've lost 35 pounds since the start of the year and have been doing Scooby's beginner routine for about 2 months. Feel ready to move up. I've lived off of chicken, broccoli, rigatoni, and protein shakes for about 6 months.

I'm 5'10" and 165 pounds. I can do 6 to 7 pullups from a full rest.
Scooby's beginning routine and videos were instrumental for me. I couldn't do a single pullup at the start of the year. I followed his advice and did negatives for months.
