Alright /fit/ I'm on my 4th day of water fasting and tomorrow i'm going to break it. I have a basic meal plan on mind based off of info I found on the internet.
Day 1 - pear juice, diluted with water at first, then fennel & apple juice
Day 2 - watermelon in small quantities, bananas and more juice
Day 3 - yogurt with lettuce and more watermelon and bananas
Day 4 - probably cooked greens or other vegetables for lunch and a vegetable soup for dinner
Is this enough? Is this overkill? Do you have any tips on what to change or add?
I just don't want to fuck this up because I'm going on vacation in a week and I want to make sure that my digestive system is all good

I'm in no harm whatsoever, I feel great actually and I'm probably going to do it again soon.
My experience has been positive so far, if you feel like it's something you'd never want to do, so be it, I'm not trying to convince you.
Also, I'm not vegan and I don't have a gf, but thanks for reminding me.
Also, I've heard that milk is a good thing to introduce on the first days but it kinda sounds a bit too much.

Its a fucking 4 day fast. Thats like a slightly expanded IF duration.
Just don't eat 30 chicken McNuggets as your first meal and you will be fine.
Like a simple vegtable dish or something then back to normal.
