Friendly reminder that you don't need to fall for the bulking meme
>>42529330
Gomad is actually for children who're just hitting puberty(you know, the people this thing was designed for), gear heads, pregnant women, and hungry skelletons who're completely retarded about diet.
No one else on earth should ever even look in the same direction of GOMAD
>>42529330
I refuse to believe it........

"bulk" and "cut" is usually advised beyond "gomad"; 200 Cal as a maximal caloric surplus for maximum gains is something new
all those people (skellingtons, teens, etc) aren't calculating their TDEE accurately but it should be applicable to them too
So everyone who has ever gained more than 1.5lbs a month is a liar?

everyone who has gained more than 1.5 lbs *of muscle* a month *as a natty* is a liar, yes. Is this even a question?
>>42531000 (checked)
well, assuming we have an 80 kg, natty, non-overweight individual, 1.5% as a beginner is 1.2 kg/mo ( 2.6 lbs/month )
so it should stay more on ~+300 kcal to stay on a safe side
