Training every day, still have the feeling of constant inner rage.
For example I was cooking some eggs and I wanted them cooked but they turned out soft even after 4 min of cooking, so I became frustrated, enraged and threw them against the wall. Now I'm realising I have an issue while looking at 3 yellow splats on my white wall and do not know how to deal with it.

i wouldn't go as far to say you're deranged, but getting professional help is something you should look into. there's no shame in trying to fix a chemical imbalance in your head. it happens to all sorts of people.
