Is Greyskull better than Stronglifts? Stronglifts is getting so fucking tedious and Greyskull looks more my speed.
at the end of the day, the routine matters very little. it's all about constituency. It's all about going to the continually and enjoying the process. Not only will you look forward to your next session, but you'll also end up pushing yourself further and in the process make better gains.
if you follow a routine you don't enjoy, you'll feel miserable, like you're wasting your time and you'll eventually make excuses to stop going to the gym
do whichever routine you prefer, but the most important thing is to stick to it. on that not, GS is a great program.
Stronglifts is stupid, do SS or GS get strong as fuck then get on a different program

Did you mean consistency?

Greyskull's 3x5 program looks more enjoyable than 5x5. I can do 5x5 but it's getting so hard it's not fun, but I've been doing 3x5 sets and I feel challenged without getting rekt.

I did Stronglifts for like 6 months but honestly I got pretty bored with it and the results weren't as good as I'd hoped.
I do this now and like it much better.

Yes, he did; this is what happens when people use words they don't know to pass themselves off as more intelligent than they actually are.

No he meant it's all about your local group of voters in a specified area who elect a representative to a legislative body.
It literally doesnt matter.
Every novice linear program is same shit, just grind through and thats it.
