Does anyone else get really depressed when they fast? I haven't eaten anything in over 24 hours and all my problems keep appearing in my head.

>haven't talked to my shitty dad in months
>uncle visiting my state this week and we made plans to fish
>dad is coming
>afraid I'm going to spill my spaghetti

I can't even go to the gym right now and lift my stress away because my car is in for repairs.
