Not really interested in gaining huge amounts of mass and ive heard good things about anavar. Figured 30mg ED would be an okay dose while still seeing some increase in strength.

30 mg will not do a thing cept lower test levels to nil. 30 mg of street anavar may only be 60% or even less. Var is a support steroid for dudes or a quick cheat for power lifters who need strength but have to stay small. Chick's have to take upward of 30mg-50mg of street gear to get results nevermind a dude. Take some test stacked with var for optimal modest results 250 to 300 cc a week of test and 80-120mg of var. Shit cycle but you will see strenth gains reduced water retention and maybe 15 lbs in muscle with reduced bf.

Anavar only is bad to recommend because it more than likely will shut you down. That said, depending on genetics, you might not be shut down that bad and get some decent strength gains. On 75mg ed right now and up like 20 lbs in all my lifts 3 weeks in
