Potato has a bunch of anti-oxidants not to mention tons of vitamins and minerals. more zinc, magnesium, potassium and iron than sweet potatoes per weight, sweet potatoes just have more vitamin a and e. cheaper and easier to find than sweet potatoes. Identical calories per weight as sweet potatoes. Potatoes are the most satiating food to exist so great for restricting calories.
