i turned 18 in may and ive been getting noticeably taller, im about 5'11 now, you dont stop growing until your like 20s or some shit

There are physical differences in the bones of someone who is still growing and someone who is not. You can go see a doctor, get x-rayed and you can know for certain whether you are going to be a lifelong manlet. It's not magic

I grew very little from age 18 to 20, around 2cm (a bit less than an inch). Went from 180cm to 182cm. I'm 21 now (22 in 5 months) and I haven't grown since. When I went to boot camp at 18 I measured in at literally a cunt hair away from 71 inches and weighed in at at around 135 lbs. By the time I got out 4 years later, I was measure at just a hair above 72 inches (cleared 73 in muh boots) and weighed in at 182 lbs.
