Ive been making sweet gains the last 6month but blew it when I tore the long head of my bicep.
The doctor says that after surgery and in a year when I fully recover I will only have 90% of the strength I had before in that arm.
How do I deal with becoming permanently weaker? This is really messing with me, I cant work out now and no matter what I do I will never be at my peak capabilities.
Should I just kms?
Didnt some guy at supertraining recover from a bicep tear pretty quickly

How did you tear it? Mixed grip deadlifts?

Yeah but I live in Canada where it takes 4 weeks to get an ultrasound, then another 4 weeks for the doctor to tell you the results, then 8 weeks until the scheduled surgery.
