What are your guys thoughts on this guy and his routine? It's 15 minutes of carido where afterwards he recommends one of the meals from his books. I had a quick read of one and the recipes seemed ok but they have 0 nutritional information, which sort of eliminates the point of everything when calories in calories out is king. Are there any proven results with this or is he just a meme?

If you are a 40 year old housewife who gets off on the next big diet fad who has no long term goals and uses shit like this to fill the void, then sure.
You seem like you know the basics. Keep it simple. By all means if there are good, nutritionally sound recipes in there, use them. But don't fall prey to stupid dogma like this.
Based on the cover alone it's trash
