Trying to be at about 800 or less - 1200 cal. What's good to get for me body?

Tuna+mustard. Low cal, high protein, tastes great, and your farts will clear rooms faster than tear gas grenades.
Currently on 1600 calories and at the end of the day I'll be at 1200. I'm getting 180g of protein with this diet.
breakfast: drink 2 cup liquid egg whites 240 calories 56g protein
snack: 2 cups original Greek yogurt 34g protein 200 calories
Lunch: 3 unseasoned boiled chicken breast (140g each) 70g protein 285 calories
Snack: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus around 200 calories together
Dinner: whey protein shake cookies n cream 2 scoop 285 calories 50g protein
Btw this diet is minimizing carbs I usually eat something like peanuts or olives to get some good fats
