Hello /fit/, can you give me some good food routines for a cut? (2000 cals)
This is what I've been doing for the past two weeks:
>Morning: broccoli with olive oil
>Lunch: Spaghetti
>Dinner: Rice + Beans
+ 1 gallon of water a day
What am I doing wrong?

Try morning: oats, a banana, almonds
1 serving of each should total 450 cals
Lunch: 3 servings pasta, 3 servings light sauce, 3 cups broccoli roughly 700 cals
Dinner: 2 cups rice 2 cups beans maybe add a few servings if mixed veggies should be able to fill the other 850 cals no problem
