Been pretty active before I started lifting + above average genetics (certainly not aestheticly tho) + weighted 82kg at 178cm. One year later I'm not that impressive, insane beginner gains made me overbulk and then I started cutting like a retard (too few cals, WAY too small protein intake) and lost a lot of gains.
