Just wondered if anyone here is also into cycling. I feel like it actually improved my lifting and its fun too. Currently spend most of my time on Zwift, but outside is obviously more fun.
Anyone tried double wrapping bar Tape? Kinda get numb hands after a while.

Go for it I just got back into cycling doing greenways at the moment nothing hardcore.
I've always enjoyed cycling. Did BMX and downhill as a kid, now I ride a road bike. Lots of trails near where I moved to though, might have to get a cyclocross or mtb again.
Used to bike ~180km a week. Not sure what I'm down to now but it's easily half of that since I don't need to commute by bike anymore. I try to do an escarpment or lake ride once a week. Can't say it ever improved my lifts but it definitely kept me from having chicken legs.

Get that super thick foam shit if regular tape bugs you. Like 3mm minimum. My last bike came with it stock and it was stupidly squishy.

Thanks for the Tip. I do around 100km a week atm, not that much but enough for me.
I used to ride road 50 miles a day on weekdays, and 100+ on weekends. Cardiovascular health felt fucking incredible. Now I'm a fat lazy fuck that only does lifting. I don't have the drive to ride any longer now that I lift.

Kinda True, noticed that some of my less fit friends were able to drop me after squats. Trying one squats session for now.
Street cycling, I enjoy it alot. MTB just doesn't seem to be my type.

I get around mostly by bike, bikes are great
Only problem is when I lift hard my legs are constantly tired and I outweigh all my friends by like 60 pounds so they smoke me when we ride together.
