Should I have a carb refeed day or is straight keto the way to go?

Straight keto for a couple of months (to make sure you're adapted) then TKD (10-20g of dextrose before lifting for energy).
CKD (carb refeed) is only useful if you are a very experienced lifter (i.e. can deplete your glycogen stores between the weekly refeeds)

After.. as insulin increases muscle absorption.

If your gains and performance are important to you, refeed fortnightly.
As someone who recently came out of keto I can assure that having carbs in your diet makes a big difference when it comes to lifting hard and fast.

honestly this is the average sort of girl i wish i had been having one night stands with in college
nothing really noteworthy about her but it would be a good night of feeling like you're normal. i'd almost rather bang her than someone objectively prettier because at that point you're like "ok you're banging me but you're out of my league, what's your angle"
with this girl you're like "ok shes just horny like me, we're both average. cool"
anyway whats this thread about?

refeed once a week, a day or two before you start your workout week

keto is a meme diet. there's a reason why nobody who looks decent advocates it

she looks like she could give you your pick of venereal diseases

Case in point, here is Arnold saying to avoid ketosis.
Don't listen to anyone in this thread
Eat maintenance for 4 days every 2 months with higher than normal carbs on your cut so your test levels don't drop to that of a prepubescent

Arnold was rode to fuck when he wrote that.
>>42516245
6/10 bait
>>42516245
Also don't do keto I forgot to add it's fucking dumb, just eat a bowl of oats before your workout
Glycogen stores don't last long enough anyway to not eat carbs every day

Before... better energy for lifting and minimal disruption of ketosis.
Both are fine too if you can handle being out of ketosis for a while, I would rather go back as soon as I can (cutting so YMMV)
>>42516440
>better energy for lifting
That seems like conjecture. If there's enough protein for lifting at 60-80%, only enough exercise for returning again in 24hrs., that's plenty.

As I said YMMV, I find myself a lot more energetic with 10g dextrose preworkout, as in I can lift more weight and don't get as tired between reps. And it certainly disrupts ketosis less than a posworkout since you will be consuming it during lifting.

Keto if you're over 20% bodyfat and/or sedentary.
Carbs only pre- and post-workout if you're 15-20% bodyfat and/or only slightly active (e.g. only activity is the gym 3 times per week)
Carbs whenever you like if you're below 15% bodyfat and/or very active (i.e. manual labor job)
