I started hometraining with supplements 1-2 weeks ago. im Training with light weights (9kg one Hand currently) and body (pullups, situps,...) and im jogging. Additionaly i supplement with 6mg Bor, 5-15mg zinc and 12g ginger per day. Now i have an insane sex Drive and getting an worser skin (acne). How to deal with the acne caused by increased testosterone?
