I started taking a magnesium supplement and my resting heart rate dropped from ~70 to 56-60 beats per minute. What do you think of this /fit/? Are there any other supplements I'm missing out on?

just get some blood work done before getting into supplementing anything and everything because /fit/ tells you to. i'm glad you figured out you were deficient in magnesium (a lot of people are) but be smart about it. some vitamins can cancel out the effects of others, some can enhance the effects of others, so talk to an expert
