First time I hit it I was super excited then realized it only counts when its for 5 reps.

Hit that milestone last week (105kg for 5 reps to be precise) and its an amazing feeling.

I firsted benched 2pl8 for 5 reps, three years ago.
I haven't gotten any stronger at bench since. Despite all my other lifts being far higher now, proportionately.

mate does 40kg dumbbells x10 and did 60kgx8 ohp. Not very strict form, but I'd guess 40x8 with dumbbells should get you to 60x5 easily
