How can I very QUICKLY go from about 12-14% body fat to the coveted 6-8% range?
I want abs that will turn heads. I'm already happy with my chest and arms, but abs take more than just muscle to look good. You have to cut, and cut hard.

Lowering how much water your body is holding onto will make you look like you lost fat pretty quickly. Just drink about a gallon of water a day and avoid too much sodium or caffeine

6-8% will turn heads from people thinking you are about to die. 10% is fine unless on dat dere there is no point in getting that low (outside a natty competition lol).
