Lately I've been using instant white rice (non-Asian here. stop laughing.), Bush's canned kidney beans, Kiobolsa brand beef sausages (in natural casing), and some Carolina Gold BBQ sauce..... amazing, filling, high protein, and zero unnatural fat.

I make this basicly every week. Different spices and different veggies depending on whats in season. Sometimes Ill add rice or bean noodles.

Or sometimes Ill just fucking eat those chickens without the soup.

COOK WHOLE CHICKENS DAMNIT!!! It's like 10 bucks for two delicious birds.

For what purpose? Jasmine rice is easy to make. Do you struggle with boiling water or is it the leaving the lid on 15 minutes and not touching the lid?
