Popcorn (without the butters and oils) has very low calories, fiber and many antioxidants and is very filling. Is this the ultimate cutting food?
I don't know about others, but I can't enjoy popcorn without some salt on it
Plus its extremely cheap. I got a giant bag of kernels for only $2. Which contains over 100 + cups of popcorn when cooked.

Just pour some salt on it them. Or use hot sauce or other types of low-cal salty sauces to give it more flavor.
About as empty of a carb as you can get except for cotton candy, and probably more damaging due to GMO corn

Vegetables are all carbs, do you not eat those on a cut? Oats are also carbs and oats are the bees knees.

Only cruciferous vegetables. Which are really low in net carbs. Oats are trash for cutting.

cutting is so easy all you have to do is eat less. i dont understand why you need an ultimate cutting food
If you can't fight through hunger on a cut then you will never make it, that being said the ultimate cutting snack for when the hungers gets too bad is pickles.
