OP what is the cause of this? In one exercise science class I took, I vaguely remember my professor telling us one lady overdosed on calcium which caused reversible blindness, but I can't find any solid evidence to support that. I'm reading that calcium deposits in the eye can cause blindness, but it doesn't seem directly linked to calcium supps or excess milk intake. The only vitamin overdose that would seem to cause vision changes (that is also found in milk) is vitamin A. Unless you're on beta blockers, which changes the story a bit. Would love to hear what the actual cause was.
