Holy shit this pic reminds me on me 2 years ago.
I had exact shit like that, fucked up rib cage, unsymetrical chicken chest.(had some mild scolio way baaackk).
Just bulk and lift, also since we are fucked I would recommend doing some pull movements with one hand(one arm dumbbel, one arm cable) cuz if I dont incorporate it I start to become very asymetrical.
