Been working out since March, down from 195 since i started. Hit 160 June 7th. I've lost alot of fat but still have alot on my waist/gut that really fucks with me. Any tips on how to help that go away faster? I need to build more muscle since I have very little before I worry about more fat but that is the one thing that really bugs me.
On a 5 day routine and probably need more intake since I really don't have a meal plan and have just been avoiding unhealthy foods and taking in protein. I don't get as much as I need I think though

Run 7-10 km everyday after your lifting session. Not eating junk food is not enough to get a good body, you'll need to go hard on your diet. I would suggest using myfitnesspal to track your calories and macronutrient intake, make sure you meet your daily macronutrient requirement.

As long as your daily caloric deficits is below 500 kcal as well as around 180 g of protein, you'll be fine. Bulking/cutting is a meme, don't buy into it.

You'll want to look into LISS training, not HIIT. LISS is less demanding and more effective way to burn fat directly via the third metabolic pathway. HIIT will fatigue you mentally and physically if done three times a week in tandem with weight training. LISS is sustainable with weight training and you'll shed weight faster. Get an audiobook or binge watch some TV series.

For anybody well into manlet territory listen to this post. I don't really measure myself often but I got up this morning and was 5'11", which may sound tall to some guys, but seriously the average height for white guys where I am at, or at least at my uni is at least 6'1'' or so, because I am usually one of the shorter guys in the room. That being said I seriously did not take notice of my height relative to others much at all until I started browsing /fit/, but I've really learned not to care again, and I've only ever had someone comment on my height like once or twice. Seriously isn't a big issue if you don't let it be.

Can anyone rec me good swimming programs? I just started, and holy fuck it's hard. I can go fast cause I have strong lats, but I burn out so quick, even if I take it slow. This is coming from a distance runner btw. What are some good interval workout layouts? Also, should I alternate freestyle and breast stroke for best gains?
