Is it normal to experience anxiety, paranoia, sweating and high pulse after two (2) sips in a 24 hour period? It wasn't like this before

I think if you're a naturally anxious person (like me) you need to realize that caffeine will up your anxiety levels. This is broscience, but I think anxiety correlates with energy, so when you have more energy your anxiety levels will shoot up which is making your sweat.

Eat healthy and don't sip too much in a short period of time. Time your sips correct for maximum energy and do breathing/mental exercises to try and curb your anxiety. That's all I can recommend from personal experience.

Thanks for the info, yeah I go to a shrink for anxiety because of childhood trauma, never had anxiety induced by caffeine until recently so I never knew it was a thing
