Heyo.
Apologies if this is something that is brought up a lot, but I'm on a Keto diet right now and have been for a while - I'm losing weight and want to continue to lose body fat, is it super beneficial for me to be on a Keto/Low Carb diet or is it just as beneficial for me to be on a more traditional 30/30/30 diet?
Most sources on keto seem a bit conflicted and I can't find any definite source that it's complete snake oil.
Any other fat loss diets you could recommend would be great.
