What does it mean when the tailbone area is hurting. It was feeling funny since I tried squatting last week, but I kicked it into 'oh-fuck' overdrive doing deadlift today. I can squat 250 for 10+ reps, but generally avoid squatting because it makes my back feel funny occasionally. Can someone post more diagrams so I can figure out what muscles are funked up?
Oh, I think the reason it started feeling weird last week is because it tried a padded, over-the-counter type squat bar. I pulled 315 for 5 today, which I normally do once a week, but my low-back tailbone area is upset.
