/fit/, do you try hitting your micros by percentage ( 50% carbs / 25% protein / 25% fat or whatever ) ?
If so, how do you plan what to eat to hit those. My percentages are all over the place ( having trouble hitting carbs especially ).

yeah no, I just eat veggies, rice, oats and legumes for carbs (don't really like pasta), meat, fish, olive oil and nuts for protein and fats, aside shakes or whatever.
So, I just count the protein intake.
