I'll be honest, I don't feel like doing research and creating my own workout regime. I'd rather my phone just tell me exactly what to do and when. I just want to build lean muscle and lose weight (already fasting). Can /fit/ help me out?

Spoonfed app workouts are as shitty as private trainers. Go to YouTube and pick exercises you like, make a list if you have to. Picking from varieties of different exercises has helped me personally stay motivated.

If you're going for lean muscle, there's some really good workouts on Mountain Tactical Institute. It's workouts / training programs for guys who are going for a bunch of different things. Some won't be super helpful for most people (like the ruck based SF training program) but there's still some good shit in there
