Do any of you actually stretch or do any form of mobility training?

Yes. I warm up with mobility and dynamic stretches before I start lifting. Squatting feels wrong if I don't open up my hips.

Something like this usually.

if you don't then you're mental
i do magnificent mobility work from eric cressey. static stretching i should do more and with more structure but i generally just go after whatever's tight that day. also need to get back into foam rolling
I'm so inflexible because I never ever stretch
If you don't you're more likely to suffer an injury. I had achilles tendinitis as a result of not warming up or stretching during a sprint session. Could barely walk for weeks, took me a couple of months to start leg work again.
Also, yoga is great. I do 30 mins before bed for them relaxing sleep gains.

Excellent camerawork.

I also never stretch, because I'm so inflexible
I need some sort of mobility/dynoc stretching to do before lifting bros.

Most links there are broken.
Also none of that gay ass foam rolling shit.

I know for a fact that stretching will not prevent or not prevent an injury one way or another for me. It usually does nothing for me, I naturally stretch as I move around and crack my back 5 times a day as well as dozens of other joints by doing nothing more than your everyday shit.
>>42502037
yes, I do pic related as part of my warmup
also do a shoulder mobility circuit since I fucked up my rotator cuff and need to grease the groove before I bench

Yeah, I've read in multiple places that stretching before is more likely to cause an injury than no stretching. The warm up is most important pre. Stretching is best post.

Every Sunday. I use a spikey ball, and a foam roller, and the over head pulley. I also lie back on a declined bench for several seconds. I stretch hips, groin, back, shoulders. I use those soft 5kg bars, and the 2.5kgs plates for shoulder and rotator action.
