Did SS successfully, then switched to a PPL. Went from 140 to 170.

I've been training for a marathon since, and now I'm 153 lbs DYEL. I've lost some strength.

I want to bulk again for a long time but stay below 18%. Any routine recommendations?

BBB is too low frequency. Even if you cross the lifts (531 squat with 5x10 RDL, 531 DL with 5x10 fronts etc) it may seem like you hit every movement twice but in reality only once is high intensity. So you have to employ Jokers and FSL backoffs to really drive up the main lift volume.
It can also be done in a PPL fashion: bench and OHP, weighted chinups and rows, squat and dl
Another option is N-suns
