At the beginning of July I started to bulk up by eating 500 cal above my TDEE every day.
This is causing me problems as the change in diet makes me need to poo 5-7 times a day (which is very inconvenient).
Anyone else have this issue when they are trying to bulk? Is it normal or could it be a medical issue (thought it could be IBS but I never have constipation and only have pain when I have to hold in the poo during a meeting at work, etc)?
For reference, I'm 6'3 and 155 lbs.
