I'm 6" 190 pounds with a bit of a stomach and mantits. I'm wondering how how i go about getting thin, not stronger or anything just skinny enough that my shirt hangs flat on my front with my visible bulges

Drink tons of water before every snack/meal. enough to make you feel kinda full. Eat veggies, greek yogurt, chicken(or any lean meat you prefer), broccoli, Omega-3, and read the sticky (seriously, its helpful).
oh and exercise, just run a lot or something like that.

First step: Eat the same, exercise more until you hit a plateau of weight loss/fat loss.
Second step: Eat fewer calories, and keep the exercise as before until you hit a plateau again.
Third step: Eat fewer calories or exercise more (your pick) until you hit a plateau.
Fourth step: Repeat step 3 until you are satisfied and maintain.
