The lats are a very long muscle. What exercises target their upper part and what targets the lower part?

all-or-nothing principle of contraction.
deadlift 250kg and do pullups with 50kg and you wont have small lats. cant do those? then get stronger. stop focusing on meaningless bullshit like upper and lower lats
